Content could not be loaded

Hello,

after update from 5.102 to 5.103 sometime come the error message "Content could not be loaded". After 3-4 x Refreshing the web site load successfull. Now i disable the Surf Protection in the HTTP-Proxy. I am the only one with this Problem?
