trojan horse

my network get infected by trojan horse badly, they seemed like can bypass the asl virus protection easily, what can i do?

Some more information would be appreciated. Version you are running. When was last up2date applied? What virus/trojan ?

Which way the virus took? HTTP, SMTP, POP3, ...? Often is just a missconfiguration or the virus took a way which is not protected by astaro. Example: HTTP without using the HTTP-Proxy (ASL's Virus Protection is build in into the http proxy..

thanks guys, i think i just had solve the trojan horse problem, because before these i had allowed every service to go out from internal network, but now i had blocked all services and just allow few to go out. Work fine now.
