unable to send file uploads through http

This jsut suddenly started and i have no idea why.  When i try to send a file attachment from the webmail interface it simply fails.  ie croaks with its error page and mozilla throws a document contains no data error.  The upload never starts.  This is what appears in the http proxy logs:

This jsut started it had been working perfectly.  Thsi is ASL 4.025.  http proxy is in transparent mode.  if i disable the proxy it works fine.

Is this a specific document ?
The error 413 could mean that the size is to big.
(request_body_size).

The size for uploads in version 4 is set to 1MB. You have to add the following parameter in the file /var/chroot-squid/etc/squid-conf-default:
request_body_max_size xMB, where x is the maximum value for your uploads.
