http-proxy - ARM-Report

Hello!
 
I'm a little bit confused.
 
We used the licensed Security Linux 5 and the licensed ARM.
 
The proxy is configured as "transparent" - allowed networks are only internal.
 
In the ARM -> Instant Reports -> Top Web Users i see IP's that ar not in our network (different ip's)

What is wrong ???
What did i wrong ????

    Top Web Users is a combination of inbound and outbound HTTP traffic, you might run a webserver behind the firewall and therefore see these entries, in the Top Web Users Outbound you shouldn't find these external IP addresses. FYI, I'm not sure when you bought the product nor do I know who you bit from. In case you bought in the last 90 days from Astaro direct or bought a support contract you are entitled to support via www.astaro.com/support if you bought from a reseller they will also respect the 90 days warranty period and support you.

    clear as daylight - we have internal webservers. 

    But - i see  in the "inbound" only external ip's. [:S]
    in the "outbound"  internal & external ip's  

    We bought the products december (seclin & arm) - i don't want to annoy the support with my fault.. 

    I have forgotten to choose the networks in the http-proxi.config      (transparent - selected networks "no"). Can this be the reason?
