Proxy Blocking

Hi.

I would like to know how i can block every site in http proxy, allowing only the sites i define in whitelist.

the problem is that the cobion surf protection doesnt have all the sites, most sites that are made here in my country arent listed in cobion so i need to fix that.

Plus i have tried to block sites and people still get in, either by redirection or i dont know how. What i do is i go to blacklist and i put as an example:

.msn.

the users can still go to groups.msn.com, so i add

groups.msn.

and they manage to get in somehow....

how can i block them all and only allow whitelist sites to be browsed???

    If you block every Surf Protection category including "Uncategorized" every request thru the proxy will be blocked besides the sites in the whitelist. Maybe there is a problem with your proxy settings? What mode is the proxy running? Maybe it is also an issue with the local cache, could be that the site they get is from the cache.
