i am having a little problem with a user trying to access a site via http proxy. the site is added in the whitelist group, and she can go to the site without a problem, but when she is trying to do something specific in it this error comes up:

i tried to see if it was generated because i configured my astaro to drop some detected packets in several ips rule groups, but i even turned off ips and i am still having that same problem.... any ideas??
