http proxy enabled -> which packet filter rules?

Hello,

I enabled the http proxy in transparent mode. So I don't need
the http filter rule. Only the https and ftp rule? Is that right? 
What would happen if I set up a http filter rule? Would some sites pass the proxy by?

    The transparent mode only works for http, not https and ftp. The according packet filter for http is set by the system itself.
    The transparent mode redirects incoming traffic destined to port 80 to a local process. Therefore http traffic will not bypass the proxy.
