I just did a license count reset.
When the system came back up, nobody could access web sites through the standard proxy.
This was bein2004:11:24-17:15:22 (none) squid[3384]: Squid is already running! Process ID 1167
2004:11:24-17:15:38 (none) squid[3398]: Squid is already running! Process ID 1167
2004:11:24-17:15:47 (none) squid[3500]: Squid is already running! Process ID 1167
2004:11:24-17:15:54 (none) squid[3524]: Squid is already running! Process ID 1167g logged.
I did a reboot via webmin and system running again.
I'm off on leave for a few days. Soo...
