Can´t view large pdf-downloads

Hi there,
i can´t download large pdf´s anymore. If i try i get the download dialog from the Astaro box about downloading and scanning and if i hit the "raedy for download"-link a blank Explorerwindow opens and stays blank. When i disable virusscanning in the content filter of the http-proxy everything works fine. Btw. small pdf´s are downloaded and opened immediately without any dialog.
Astaro version 5.022

did you try to save the pdf to your harddrive?

I do a leftklick on the "ready for download"-link, a Explorer window opens with "fetcher.fw-notify.net/.../Manual-English.pdf" in the Adressfield and nothing happens it stays blank.
If i try to download "download.astaro.com/.../ACM_V53_en_Letter.pdf" the PDF-File opens immediatly without any Astaro download and scanning dialog.

files smaller than 1MB open without a dialog (but with a small, scanning delay)

Sorry had to do my main business,
the problem still exist, we use Acrobat Reader 5 and IE6 Sp1.
Using Acrobat Reader 6 don´t solve this problem.

We have a 2 years up2date for 50 users, AV, AV Web,Intrusion Prot.

No probs anymore,
i´ve reinstalled the box (latest iso) and voila... every pdf will be displayed like it should.
