Can´t view large pdf-downloads

Hi there,
i can´t download large pdf´s anymore. If i try i get the download dialog from the Astaro box about downloading and scanning and if i hit the "raedy for download"-link a blank Explorerwindow opens and stays blank. When i disable virusscanning in the content filter of the http-proxy everything works fine. Btw. small pdf´s are downloaded and opened immediately without any dialog.
Astaro version 5.022

    What I have recognized is a bit different, after downloading and scanning I have left clicked the link and an error page 'Content could not be loaded' appeared after some seconds the pdf plugin came up and displayed the document. This behaviour was reproducable with Internet Explorer latest version as well with Mozilla 1.7.2
