problem using surf protection and one web site

hi everybody,
i've configurated and i'll use in my lan the surf protection.
i edit one only surf protection profile and i edit in my whitelist the website for lan's users.
i tested all and tha's all right, less one web site.
for this site , when i tryed navigation under surf protection, i read this error "The requested URL could not be retrieved
". with no surf protection the web site is ok...the site is correct in my white list, it's https site, but also another https web site is ok under surf protection..please, i need some tips&tricks to resolve..thank you!!!

yes, i thinked it, but it is not a pubblic site, it's a web site to make data entry, and i cannot put in public, someone who wants to help me coudl send a private messagge to me....thank you!!
