The release of 5.023 that allows the appliance to be added to a domain is great advance. However, there is mention of referring to the manual if you are using a Windows 2003 domain...from what we found, there is no mention of this in the manual.
We have successfully added several units to their prospective Win2K3 domains. But there is one unit that in OUR domain that gives - "Error while attempting to join the domain" As we have done this successfully on several other units, we have eliminated user error as the cause.
Do you all have any insight on this? Also, is there a mechanism for logging the cause of the errors? Thanks for your help.
