[5.023] HTTP Proxy Performance Degradation

Has anyone else noticed a pretty significant HTTP Proxy slowdown after the .023 Up2date? I am running the transparent proxy with AV and SP, and in two different installs I have noticed this. I turn off the proxy and it is a night and day difference in speed. Also, on one of the installs I had to reboot the firewall because all non-proxied inbound and outbound traffic was getting dropped and logged by the PF. After the reboot all was OK except for the slow web access through the proxy.

update - It is apparently the SP causing the slowdown. I turned off the VP and it was still slow...I turned off the SP all together while leaving the proxy turned on and the speed was back to how it should be. I did not notice anything odd in the logs.

    Seeing the same thing here, the 5.023 up2date seems to have had a detrimental effect on web browsing.  For example, we have an internal mail server that has a webmail interface.  If we use the internal IP address to call up the site, it just pops right up.  If we use the external address (mail.ourcompany.com), it's as slow as mud, because the HTTP request is going through the firewall.  And there's a new wrinkle:  if we try to speed things up by turning off the HTTP proxy, SMTP traffic destined for the internal mail server doesn't get there, and it's impossible to address our mail server from inside the network as "mail.(ourcompany).com".
