HTTPS with Parent proxy problem

Hi all,
i've a problem with https site if I use a parent proxy without authentication. All http site is working but ASL didn't forward https request.
Any ideas?

    well i have the same problem, this was discussed in earlier posts. But let us take this issue again to asstaro, hope some answers from them.

    Anyways does other services like socks work for you with paernt cache enabled? what are ur http settings? and what error message u get i get a connection timeout (110)
