cache administrator address

when a website times out or causes squid to error out..the cache administraor is noted as webmaster. how can i change this to whatever administrative e-mail adress i wish it to be?

open /var/chroot-squid/etc/squid.conf with vi -> search for webmaster -> change the line -> safe the conf and restart squid - that's it

neither the squid.conf nor the squid.conf-default has webmaster in them.

looking for "webmaster" in squid.conf and squid-default.conf and can´t find it!
