What do you mean by "stopped working"? Did it work for some period of time and then quit, or has it never worked for you? What are the HTTP Proxy settings?

if you disable and re-enable the HTTP-proxy dies it work again.
We experianced rareproblems in very high load enviroments with 500 concurrent users and more surfing the internet through our proxy. is that your case?
