Users bypassing HTTP Proxy

I have enabled HPPT Proxy 
Operation Mode: User Authentication
Authentication Methods: LDAP
This is working fine for the useres who have configured their browsers to use proxy services, but the users who are not useing a proxy server still have access to the Net. How can I force the users to use the Proxy server if they want internet access?

    Hi JDC,

    do you have any Packet Filter Rules for Port 80 (HTTP) from Internal to Any ? You dont need them for the Http Proxy...  You dont even need NAT/Masquerading for HTTP-Proxy only browsing.

    Astaro adds "hidden" Rules for the Proxy Service... so it works without further Packet Filter configuration. And without a Packetfilter "HTTP = Allow" nobody should be able to surf the Net  bypassing the Proxy.

    I had a better one than that. How about from Internal Network for ANY service to ANY. I disabled the rule and It is doing what I want.
