realm when Surf Protection is enabled?

Hi everybody.
If I don't use SP I can change the authorization dialog that appear on the clients changing "realm" parameter in squid.conf.
How can do the tricks when I use SP?
I want to change the string "Astaro Content Scanner" to a personal one...

I also would like to personalize the pages that Content Scanner reply to the user (blocked categories for example).
Is there somewhere an howto to do this?
