I am currently using ASL 5.011, with LDAP proxy authentication. For testing I am using a Windows XP pro computer with Internet Explorer 6, and a Windows 2000 server with Active Directory setup. Everything is working great, I can open Internet Explorer on the XP computer, login into the browser using Active Directory credentials, and browse through the ASL proxy. I Just have one question. Is it possible to setup Internet Explorer to automatically use the credentials used to login into the workstation when a proxy connection is made to ASL(meaning no prompting the user to login when browser is opened). I know in theory the IE should select the strongest authentication scheme that is knows. I have tried changing IE settings, but I am still prompted to login when I open the browser.
