Problem with HTTP Proxy Standard setting

I have set the proxy mode to standard and now i can login to web admin here is the error i get when i try to login:
ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

While trying to retrieve the URL: 172.19.6.1:443 

The following error was encountered: 

Access Denied. 
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. 

I have block CONNECT method enabled

Please help!

    do you mean that you can´t login anymore?
    if so, does it happen if you try to connect from internal net?
    if yes, add asl´s ip to the exlusion list in your browser´s proxysettings. 
    if it still doesn´t work, take a look at definitions-> users if your webminuser has webmin rights
    also take a look  what the allowed networks for webmin access are.
