Long time to wait

Hi there,

i've installed and configurated an ASL 4.022 and it works good!

But there is a problem with the http proxy!
When i open an URL in IE, i need to wait about 10 seconds until anything happens!
What kind of problem could it be?

    How much RAM do you have in your ASL v4 box?

    It could be that your browser is configured to automatically detect proxy settings.  Go to tools->internet options->connections->LAN settings and make sure that "automatically detect settings" is unchecked.  Also, you might try emptying the HTTP Proxy Cache in the firewall, see if that helps.  On rare occasions, something buggy can get into the cache and create odd problems.  

    While you're at it, you might want to go ahead and upgrade to v5.  5.011 is basically solid, we've got it on three production networks now that are in heavy use, and there are no complaints.
