ISP Proxy

I have version 5 installed, is it possible to redirect all Proxy-requests ISP Proxy? since our country we can't bypass the ISP proxy server.

I think that should be possible with the cache_peer option of squid.

How to??

    cache_peer option for squid is already userd to redirect the trafic to the scanning proxy and cannot be used to redirect to the ISP's proxy. Also, this option is not configurable via the webadmin so it cannot be considered an ASL feature.

    so, what should be do here, as we can't bypass ISP proxy. do I change other Astaro version which support that , what is advise..

    purely hypothetical:
      if you use v4 or v5 without ContentFiltering, and hack the squid.conf-default you could get it running at the expense of loseing support.

    what kind of ISP does not allow you access to the internet without using his proxy? maybe you could talk to your ISP to set his proxy in transparent mode?

    i think that´s not the provider, but rather the countries regime. 
    isn´t it in korea, that people are restricted? i mean that they aren´t allowed to accsess the whole internet uncensored?
