with surf protection some pages disappear....

Hi,
I've ASL 5.09 installed, with the surf protection turned on, all seems to work right but if I go to adn.autodesk.com I can't see anything normaly in this pages there are three fields. If I turn off surf protection it's all ok.

how did you configure your proxy? plz tell more about your config.
maybe you have switched your proxy to paranoid or standard anonymitiy and this site requires cookies.

Proxy config:

Operation Mode:    Standard Transparent User Authentication
Log Level:               Access log only Full None
Anonymity:             None Paranoid Standard
Allowed Networks:  Internal
Surf Protection:      ON applied on internal network (no users)
Caching:                 OFF due to surf protection settings
Block CONNECT Method:  OFF
Allowed Target Services: all services

The result is the same the problem is in surf protection, if i disable it I've no more problem.

stecasat,

i´m using the proxy with surfproteciton.
my config:
operation mode ->standard
log level             ->full
anonymity         ->none

surfprotection-> i´ve added a profile wich only has virusprotection enabled and added it to the local network

i´ve blocked the connect method and added just services wich i need to allowed services and your link works fine.
i get the 3 fields.

so what about your embedded objects and script+trigger content removal settings? and what  Surf Protection Categories did you choose?

the upcoming SP update fixes this issue. I have tested the new package with site using IE6 and I see the input fields.

I've installed the 5.010 but the problem still remains...

Here my surf protection config:

Surf Protection Categories :
Criminal_Activities
Drugs
Entertainment_Culture
Extremistic_Sites
Games_Gambles
Nudity

Blocking of dynamic content : OFF
Blocking of script content : OFF
VP: OFF

Do I need a shutdown and restart ?

try a restart since I have tried EXACTLY the same config and it worked.

Hi,
nothing to do, I cant get this page function, try also this link:
http://downloader.fw-notify.net/953eddd72fcbcbf6aa995aad619ada8f/WinXP_2K(53.03).exe
it should open the save as dialog but with surf protection on it displays only xml code.

this link is a "dummy" link used by your firewall to temporarily redirect your browser while the content is being downloaded and scanned. which browser are you using?
