Problem excluding sites from HTTP-proxy

Hi!

We have a few sites caching too much with Astaro 4.X and HTTP-proxy enabled.

I read in some post that i should i add some lines to squid.conf-default.

at the bottom of the file i added the following lines:

acl no_cache_servers1 dstdomain .caching_site_1.com
no_cache deny no_cache_servers1

acl no_cache_servers2 dstdomain .caching_site_2.com
no_cache deny no_cache_servers2

acl no_cache_servers3 dstdomain .caching_site_3.com
no_cache deny no_cache_servers3

But it still caches the sites above. I've tried to empy the cache and everything. What is wrong here?

Actually no [:$]

I tried with disabling and enabling the proxy in webadmin, it didnt help.

do i have to restart the machine or is there a easy way to restart the proxy? I want to avoid rebooting the machine.

maybe adding a line like

always_direct allow no_cache_servers1

could help (this means that the stuff is no longer piped trough the content filter)

So i will add one line for each site? Like:

always_direct allow no_cache_servers1
always_direct allow no_cache_servers2
always_direct allow no_cache_servers3

etc. ??

How do i restart the proxy from the commandline? Or does it reload the config automatically?

Thanks, but i don't have that file in the path you mentioned:

mail:/root # /var/mdw/scripts/squid restart
bash: /var/mdw/scripts/squid: No such file or directory

on V4 it is something like
/sbin/init.d/squid restart
