Connection refused error

Hello,
I had ASL 5.009. However, I had to go back to ASL 4, because I have the following problem: Some users are getting a connection refused error from the squid system when accessing the webmail server on the DMZ.  Funny thing is it's always the same users who get the error, while other users don't have the same problem.  Other odd thing is that they can access the Internet with no problem at all.  I use standard http proxying.   Could this have something to do with the number of allowed IPs?

    Are the users all using the web proxy, or are some doing direct web access?  If they are all using the web proxy, are their local bypass definitions set up the same as well?

    I suspect the issue is caused by different proxy settings in the web browsers on the various PCs.

    i 've got the same issue, due to the fact, that most of our users are mobile users using our proxy when inside and other proxies when outside i am searching for a way to access a www server in the dmz via the proxy  (so that our users dont have to add and remove it from the exclusion list)... we are using ie .. no profiles...;-(
