Is there a web-site that can be used for testing http-virus protection etc, like the EICAR test string in emails ?

    ah ok, that is something different, because in your post you asked for a test for the http-virus protection and not the object removal.

    hm ... you can try download.microsoft.com and see if he wants to install an active x object or not ...
