Hi,

Is there a web-site that can be used for testing http-virus protection etc, like the EICAR test string in emails ?

Sure go to the eicar webpage here: http://www.eicar.org/anti_virus_test_file.htm and try to download the eicar testfile.

If you surf through the proxy and have Virus Protection for Web enabled, you will get an error message telling you that downloading of this file has been blocked.

Not sure if these are specificl related to removing tags and such like, but they might give you some idea:
