User bandwidth control

Hi,
Is theare any way to menadge user bandwidth.
Eg.
I wont to be able to assign specific bandwidth for some users 2k, 4k, 8k, 10k etc....
Or eaven bether I wont to set one bandwidth for some users and seccond bandwidth for other users
Or eaven setup diferent bandwidth for every user.

AFAIK ASL does not support this..the easiest way to do this is with a manged switch.

I have no idea..however using a managed switch would be preferable as they are designed to do this. The type of rate limiting you are asking for honestly is better lefrt to switches and not a firewall.

You cannot do this with a switch since you want to control the traffic between the FW and the internet, not between the firewall and the user. The switch could help you only if you were using a transparent proxy but in that case the QOS settings for the ASL would also bring you a lot (you could prioritize between users).
