V5.004 Proxy with virusscanning VERY SLOW !

I updated all the new up2dates but when 'virusscanning' is ON using the HTTP Proxy in 'Standard' or 'Transparent' -mode the pages loads VERY slow and when virusscanning is disabled it works fine.
Also I don't have a slow system: AMD 2000+ 1 GB RAM... So it's a software problem also the ASL forum loads very slow  [:S]

    Virus scanning needs time!

    The proxy collects all data first scans it completely and pushes it after it was marked as clean to the client. Loading pages with many objects leads to the impression that the proxy slows down the connection.

    Time is the price you have to pay for web security.
