aktiver Webfilter blockiert Internet Radio

Hallo, folgendes Problem:
wir haben den Webproxy im Einsatz und dieser verhindert die Wiedergabe von vielen Internetradiostationen. Im Webproxy Log habe ich keine Fehlermeldung, dass etwas geblockt wird, auch ist die reputation normal. Wenn ich die Domain teste unter policy helpdesk ist alles ok. Habe für die Domains auch schon Ausnahmen erstellt, ohne Erfolg. Weiß jemand woran das liegt? Danke

  • What exactly is happening when you try and load the radio sites, does the page actually load and just the audio that doesn't?

    Do you use Application control? - if so do you see anything blocked for that?

    To confirm its the proxy causing the issue, if you bypass it and go straight through the firewall does it work?

    Assuming it still fails to load can you please post the URLs you are visiting and the corresponding http log and firewall log.
