  • Hello Ferozsyed,

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

You would need to block the Proxy applications. (Web Protection >> Application Control >> Application control rules.

You could also use the Web Filter and scan specifically for the Anonymizers category.

In both cases, I would recommend installing the SSL certificate in the devices.

    'Regards,

  • Thanks for your reply, is that possible to do Web Filter scan specifically for the Anonymizers category ?

  • Hello Ferozsyed,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

Yes you could create a Filter Profile only for the subnet of the phone users and only configure it for the Anonymizers category.

You would need to go to:

Web Protection >> Web Filter Profiles >> + >> Name = Cellphones, Allowed Networks, the Subnet for the cellphone users, operation mode = Transparent Mode >> HTTPS >> Decrypt and Scan the following = Anonymizers, (Remote the rest of the categories or just leave the ones that you want to block) >> Policies, create and/or select a Filter Action.

    Regards,
