Ugh - I have spent about an hour trying to get my IPSEC Cisco connection working on my iphone thinking I had broken something as I typically use SSL. However, after finally trying to figure out what I missed, I found this article:

Now I need to restore my backup I suppose as there is no telling what I might have broken now trying to fix a not-caused-by-me issue. The support article is updated 1/23/2017 (originally posted in Dec 2016), so please check this out if you are having issues.
