Since upgrading to 9.408-4 when I go to Remote Access and try to view Online Users, nothing is displayed.
We are using SSL VPN.
Any suggestions?

I'm not seeing this, Dave. Does the problem go away if you restore the backup made prior to when the last series of Up2Dates were applied?
If not and you have a paid license, I'd get Sophos Support involved.
