Online Users - No data available for this report

Since upgrading to 9.408-4 when I go to Remote Access and try to view Online Users, nothing is displayed.

We are using SSL VPN.

Any suggestions?

  • I'm not seeing this, Dave.  Does the problem go away if you restore the backup made prior to when the last series of Up2Dates were applied?

    If not and you have a paid license, I'd get Sophos Support involved.
