VPN IP assignment pools overlap whatever I choose

Hi,

I want to change the settings of my SSL remote access, but where ever I chose to change anything it keeps complaining about VPN IP assignment pools overlap. Ofcourse I checked if it is used somewhere else, but it isn't. If I change it to a completely new network it does not accept it as wel. I upgrade from 9.406 to 9.407 to see it this bug or config corrupt went a way, but no fix with that.

If I disable the IP sec settings, I can not get it back on again. As it starts with the VPN IP assignment pools overlap.

Any tips how to fix this? Anyone else having this?

Is it a bug or is my configuration corrupt, and if so, how would I fix a corrupt configuration?

Thanks!

  • Does the problem still continue if you restore a configuration backup made when this did work?

  • In the end of trying to fix this, I disabled the VPN SSL to see if that did something. But it became worse. I could not turn it back on. :(

I than restored a backup of the day before and it was on again and the settings restore. But still no way to change the Pool.

As I'm not fiddling around with these settings everyday, I don't know which backup to restore to see If it did work than. I just tried and restored a backup of a month ago. Still no go. :(

This is not a know bug?

    Any other suggestions?

  • What subnets are you working with in your LAN(s) and VPN Pools?  If you feel the need to obfuscate the IPs, please at least just change the third octet but retain the ability to see where things are alike or different.
