Is there any solutions to fix this problem??? no connection over site to site after upgrading

We have 8 customers that have this problem and the will all connect to a cisco asa 55XX serie. maybe is this information for support

    You definitely should bring Sophos Support into this.

    To which version have all 8 customers upgraded?
