Frequent disconnection to the remote site

I have a split network where one network is connected using the site-to-site VPN and the remote network is reachable through the internet using RDS. I am currently dealing with an issue of random disconnects from the remote site. How can I insure stable connectivity to the remote site?

Hi Sean,

Did you look into the associated log to catch the cause of disconnection? What step do you take to re-establish the IPSec tunnel after the disconnection or does it connect back automatically?

Finally, what is the firmware version on UTM?
