Mobile SSL VPN issues

Not sure if anyone has seen this before. Trying to get SSL VPN configured on a few android tablets. I have the SSL VPN client that is linked via the User Portal installed. However, when I click the "Install" button to download the ovpn file it just stalls for 5 minutes then gives me a download failed error. iOS does the same thing. If I click it on my desktop however it downloads successfully. Anywhere I should look for whats causing the issue? I have tried internally and externally downloading, same result.

    Hi,

    Just safari on the iPhone and chrome on the Android. I can test another browser but i would hope that the standard browsers on major phones would work natively. Downloads in general do work on both phones, so i am guessing it's something specific to the sophos portal.

    As a test we downloaded the profile on a laptop then transferred the files over to the phone via usb cable. They were able to be imported without issue and the vpn connects as expected, so it just seems to be a download issue.
