HTML5 Portal and Share RDP connections

Hello! I 'm new at the forum (from Argentina) and hope to bring my short experience with UTM9 .
Currently we have a problem with the HTML5 portal and RDP connections . Specifically , everything works great except that the check "Sharing Session " does nothing , not sharing sessions are allowed. When entering a connection , the local user perceives that the session is closed. As if the remote user were not allowed to share the session with local user. Is this a bug??

Thank you Bob!! There is no error to insert. The problem is that the functionality " Share Session" is not doing its job . Put or not the check is the same thing, the session is not shared....

I'm fairly certain that you would need to change a setting in the Windows machine that the local user attempts to address directly.

I'm saying that there's a difference between a shared session managed by the UTM and one managed by the Windows machine.

Perhaps I misunderstood. Two people can share a session if they each login to the User Portal and use the HTML5 RDP VPN to access the same server if the connection is configured for sharing. Are you saying that that's not working?

OK! Sharing is for two sessions established simultaneously trough HTML5 Portal??? Now i understand it!! I will try!!
