SSL VPN Remote Access Not Working

hi All,

i'm trying to configure the SSL VPN for end user and I get this error:

the log from the client:

TCP: connect to [AF_INET]***.***.***.***:4443 failed, will try again in 5 seconds: The system tried to join a drive to a directory on a joined drive.

also i'm unable to go in the user portal from outside network even that the Allowed Network is Any.

    Please check which is the configured port for User Portal, go to Management>User Portal> Network settings.

    On the SSL error, try chaning the SSL VPN communication protocol to UDP. What is the present firmware version on UTM?
