SSL Vpn Site to site ok but remote access not?

I have a site to site SSL vpn up and running. Works very well and is very stable.
I've now tried to get an android phone connected via SSL. It connects but there is not routing etc.

If I turn off the site to site SSL vpn, the remote access client (android phone) then works fine, eg routing etc

If I then turn on the SSL vpn site to site, the remote access client (android phone) stays connected but loses its routing etc.

Any idea?
