Why my vpn not use my internal public ip?

 when i connect to current VPN (OPEN VPN) i  get  public which is “AB.AB.AB.ABC ” but when i use SOPOS VPN i get the internal IP “192.168.10.X” i should get our public IP when i use SOPOS VPN.

any idea?
