We just installed a UTM 9 firewall (9.353-4) at a customer. As we configure a new network the UTM should just forward VPN traffic to another router behind the firewall. The problem is, it doesnt work. This is the network configuration:
Network A --> VPN Router --> Sophos UTM9 --> Telekom Router --> Internet
Between Telekomrouter and Sophos is a public network. The UTM forwards all VPN traffic via NAT to the VPN router. But its not working.
The VPN router exsited before and no configuration Change was done so the error cant be with the device.
What am i missing?
