SSL VPN stuck for a single user

Hi all,

We’re encountering a strange issue on one and only one of our users VPN remote access (SSL).
When he logs in, the connection is ok, all routes are fine, but he can’t access any LAN resources.
By working around, we spotted that he always get the same IP (fi: 10.1.1.2), when we enable the concurrent connections, he gets a new IP (fi: 10.1.1.3) and everything works.
Once disabled, he gets the 10.1.1.2 back, and is stuck… like the IP address or whatever related to it was stuck in an inconsistent state… and forbid any communication with the ASG…
Do one of you have seen this error before, and how to fix it ? propably a system file... but which... ?
Thank you for your help, for now we have to enable the concurrent connections, log the user, and disable it each time he has to connect from remote site…

Regards
