Site to Site from Draytek to UTM but on VLAN?

I am trying to VPN a Draytek 2925 to UTM but to a VLAN. Can someone tell me the best way to do this?

    John, I'm afraid I don't understand what you want to do. Can you expand you explanation using sample networks that you want to connect? Also, I'm confused by "to UTM but to a VLAN. "
