Remote SSL Time-out

Hello,

I have clients that are experiencing random time-outs when connecting with the SSL Client. I can't find where the SSL time-outs timers are?

At Remote Access > SSL > Settings, what protocol are you using (default TCP). Try UDP instead. Generates less overhead traffic and less prone to higher latency issues. You'll need to change the proto line in each clients .ovpn file (or redeploy the client configs) with a text editor, after making the change. You could also add a keepalive line in there as well. See community.openvpn.net/.../Openvpn23ManPage.
