UTM to XG IPSEC site to site vpn, cant ping remote lan.

I have UTM;s at remote sites and i upgraded mine to XG but i got IPSEC to work and connect but all but one wont ping accross.

I have tried to match settings but it still wont have it, what should i look at?

Just to add the VPN in question when i look at the remote sites UTM firewall live log i can see the traffic so its reaching the remote site, but the colour is white. What does white mean?

John, pick out one of those white lines and then show us the corresponding line from the actual Firewall log file.
