I put in a Guide and Config Files / Screenshots on the german subforum (since most users probably are german based incase of AVM) for a VPN Link between a AVM Fritzbox with latest OS (6.30 currently) and a Sophos UTM9 (currently latest Firmware) with AES 256 encryption (the 7490 used has hardware support for AES as far as i could find) - the files and configs are a result of testing various configurations and this proved to be the most stable and fastest i could find.
