HTML5 Webapp (HTTPS) File Upload

Using the HTML5 VPN interface to access an internal HTTPS server from outside IP and while it appears to work well, I often have users that need to upload a file via the web.

The dialog for file selection connects to what appears to be a local user storage area instead of the end user desktop.

Can anyone assist?
