VPN Issue with Amazon VPC

Hi There,

1. We are facing an Issue while trying to establish a VPN Tunnel with Our AWS Server on the AWS Cloud. 

We have created IAM User in AWS, the IAM user is attached to the policy AmazonVPCFullAccess, and we have entered the access keys of the IAM User's in the Sophos UTM (Model SG-115). We have entered the Access Keys from Amazon as it is and pasted it into Sophos UTM but still we are getting the error like Wrong AWS Secret Key. We cross checked the Access Key several times. 

Can somebody please help us get this resolved.

2. Also we tried creating an IP-Sec VPN Tunnel, the tunnel goes up and remains up. However the data traffic keeps moving for some time after the tunnel is established, and after some time even when the tunnel is up (verified through utm and also as verified on AWS VPC) the data traffic is not passing through the tunnel. We tried to find out the time duration, how long the tunnel remains up after establishing the connection, but the time interval is not fixed and keeps varying. Whats even more worst is that ping and tracert do not work in the Amazon Cloud.
