SSL VPN Client / select destination

is it possible to install the client with the ability to select the host to connect to (e.g. Office or Home)?

    This is installed as part of the SSL VPN config.  Just install the software and config from one and just the config from the other.  Then you'll be offered a choice of which config you want to use.
